1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cubrain ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

Cubrain is an AI-powered study tool that converts PDF documents into flashcards and study materials. We provide both free and paid subscription tiers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions ("Pro Plan") are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing policies of both Cubrain and Lemon Squeezy.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Pro Plan features until the end of your current billing cycle ("Grace Period").
• Refunds & Account Deletion: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy and Lemon Squeezy's terms. However, if you voluntarily choose to delete your account permanently while you have an active subscription or remaining time in your Grace Period, you acknowledge and agree that you immediately forfeit any remaining subscription time. No refunds, credits, or pro-rated adjustments will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription term forfeited due to account deletion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cubrain. Your uploaded PDFs remain your property; however, by using the Service, you grant us a license to process these documents solely for the purpose of generating your study materials. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload. Cubrain is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from your uploaded documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cubrain, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
